Morgan graduated from the Macquarie University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science. Morgan then completed their Master
of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in 2005.
Morgan moved to Darwin in 2006 to work Darwin Chiropractic Clinic in Parap for almost 18 years. In October 2024, Morgan opened a new practice at Advanced Body Image in Berrimah.
